Shipping policy

The Hub Leatheris committed to provide quality shipping services to all our customers. We ensure that you get express shipment and the parcel reached at your home within the 5 to 6 days. We offer two types of shipping to our customers.

Standard shipping                                              

If you choose the standard shipping then we would deliver the jacket at your home within the 15 days. We charge cheap price for the standard shipping and standard shipping does not include the insurance of the parcel.

Expedited shipping

We prefer our customers to get expedited shipping because the expedited shipping remains insured and it reaches to your home in 4 to 5 days maximum. It is secure and fast service of the shipping. The price of the expedited shipping is little bit higher due to its quality and quick service.

Shipping charges

We charge $21.99 for our Expedited shipment and charge $11.99 for standard shipment. Once we shipped, the customer jacket, make them aware with the courier tracking number through which they can track the jacket from end to end. 

We are not responsible for paying any kind of VAT, Tax and other custom charges which are imposed by the each customer custom laws. However, the customer is responsible to release the jacket by paying such charges which have been imposed by the custom.

We offer free shipping to all our customers who purchase our products which value is above then $249.98. You can only get free shipping, once you purchase the product which is higher than $249.98.

FREE Returns | No restocking FEE

Further, we offer free return to our customer. If you do not like the jacket and want to return it, just send us a return request and we will precede it. We do not charge anything for returning the jacket and will refund the complete jacket amount to you once you returned back the jacket to us.

Which courier companies we use

We use DHL and FedEx for shipping the parcel to any country all over the world. However, for Russia, we can only use, the local Post office as Russian custom does not accept the DHL and FedEx parcel.
